Some of the supports were not to code for a structure it's size but this is what the design called for and they insisted it was done this way. It's the actual structure / design that is the issue. I didn't want to say anything on here before without corroboration. I heard from a friend during the summer of '13 that there were cracks in the structure due-to-the-fact that there was not enough curing time for the concrete.
